The logos, graphics, and images may only be used in connection with the trade show. The logo must never be altered or reproduced in part. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact motorraeder@messe-dortmund.de .

Accreditation

Secure your accreditation for MOTORRÄDER DORTMUND now and gain exclusive access to all press-related areas of the trade show. Admission is free for registered media representatives.

You can apply for accreditation here approximately six weeks before the trade show.

As trade show organizers, we want to make it easier for journalists to access information about our events and our company through accreditation. Accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of media coverage.

The following individuals are eligible for media accreditation:

Individuals from Germany or abroad who can provide proof of their journalistic (including photojournalistic) or editorial work (related to the respective trade show theme) as follows:

  • a. by submitting articles or pieces bearing the author’s name (print, online, TV, radio) on the trade show’s theme that are no older than six months at the time of the event,
  • b. by submitting a legal notice in which they are listed as editors, full-time editorial staff, or authors, and which is no more than three months old at the time of the event,
  • c. by submitting the original written order from a full-service editorial office that refers to the current trade show,
  • d. by presenting documentation, no more than six months old, proving that they work for school or college newspapers, or by presenting a valid membership card from a youth press organization.

Presenting a press pass is generally not sufficient on its own to qualify for accreditation. The trade show organizer reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify journalistic activity in accordance with points a–e.

Accreditation documents must be presented in German or English. The trade show organizer reserves the right to additionally require the presentation of a valid photo ID. There is no legal right to accreditation. If necessary, the trade show organizer will exercise its right to manage the premises.

The following groups of people will not be accredited:

  • Individuals without press credentials, such as customer service representatives, sales managers, advertising managers, webmasters, and employees of corporate blogs or corporate websites, PR consultants, product testers, and private companions.
  • Germans residing in Germany who present a foreign press card.
  • Individuals who present a written assignment from a freelance journalist.
  • People who use social media exclusively for personal purposes.

Individuals who wish to use trade shows solely for the purpose of soliciting business for their own paid radio, TV, print, or online productions.

As trade show organizers, we want to make it easier for content creators to access information about our events and our company through accreditation. Accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of reporting.

Content creators from Germany or abroad who can provide proof of their work as follows are eligible for accreditation:

  • The social media channel, podcast, blog, or vlog, or the streaming platform must be thematically related to the trade show, have been in existence for at least six months, feature regular posts, and have an appropriate reach. The reach must be demonstrated using metrics such as page impressions, unique visitors, or time spent on the site.
  • The person to be accredited must be verifiably identified in this medium via an online link, either by being named in the legal notice or through articles bearing their name. The articles must be verifiably written by the person themselves and be thematically related to the trade show.

A limited number of people will be accredited per channel or platform. In individual cases, the organizers may impose additional restrictions. The trade show organizer reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the nature of the work.

Advance accreditation is required due to the increased administrative burden.

Accreditation documents must be presented in German or English. The trade show organizer reserves the right to additionally require the presentation of a valid photo ID. There is no legal right to accreditation. If necessary, the trade show organizer will exercise its right to manage the premises.

  • Individuals without the appropriate authorization, such as webmasters, employees of corporate blogs or corporate websites, product testers, and private companions.
  • Individuals who wish to use trade shows solely for the purpose of acquiring clients for their own paid photo or online productions.
  • People who use social media exclusively for personal purposes.

All general parking spaces in the vicinity of the halls are available for use by media representatives.
